Marguerite,
I know Ashley may want to write something separately from all of us, but I wanted to share this from me personally…
When I first met Ashley, you welcomed me into your family like your own. I remember the amazing hugs you used to give every time we came over and this was one of the first things that stood out to me. ❤️ You treated me like a daughter and was always there for me when I needed to offload or just someone to listen.
10yrs was only a short time to know you but filled with a lifetime of love, laughter and BIG HUGS! 🤗 🥰 Oh and Pimms! 🍹
The world is definitely not the same without you- we all miss you so much and can only hope that the wonderful memories we have help to see us through.
Whenever something happens with Rowan I miss you the most because you’d be one of the first people I’d want to share this with. You were so happy when we told you we were expecting and I’ll never forget the sound of your laughter/reaction once Ashley called to tell you that you had a grandson or when you kissed that first scan pic!
I promise that I will always look after your boys- Ashley and Rowan. 💙 I promise that Rowan will grow up always knowing who his Nana was.
Thank you for everything. ❤️ Em xxx

“Auntie” Marguerite, thank you for being such a kind positive bubbly part of our lives, especially when I was growing up.
Your positivity was forever infectious, especially in those phone calls with Ken shortly after City had lost yet another game, after those I always knew things would be ok.
And thank you for all of the loving you have given both of us but also your love for Ken and all your family. We love you so very much and promise to continue loving and looking out for Ken & family forever more.
You will be so deeply missed by all of us and if we can be half as positive as your outlook on life was then the world will be a better place for it. Love you forever
